"We have been doing business with Doug Sitter State Farm for years and have always been very happy with the service we have received. I prefer to pay my bill over the phone and they are always happy to accommodate me. I also appreciate that they will send you a text and/or email if your unpaid bill is past due. I would hate to lose our coverage simply because I forgot to pay the bill. Courtesies like that make doing business with them a pleasure."

"The lady said she's going to call me back that day. Never called the next day said they didn't get it done but I need to talk to the other lady will call you right back. Another day still hadn't heard if they don't have time to call me back they don't have time for my insurance. I was with him for a long time but no more when somebody lies to me like that that's the end of. I cancel my insurance. This was the Sweetwater office not the Colorado city office"
